It usually takes me about 15 minutes to fully wake up. I need a cup of strong tea to start my day properly.
Yes, I do set reminders on my phone for important tasks. I also keep a small notebook where I write down my daily to-do list to stay organized.
Before sleeping, I always read a book for about 20 minutes. It helps me relax and have better sleep.
I hope you won't oversleep again! How about trying a louder alarm?
