The xRenovation app collects the following types of information:

1. Name (Optional)

You are not required to provide your real name. If you choose to enter a name, it will be collected. If you do not provide a name, a name will be generated automatically for your account.

2. Email Address (Mandatory for Authentication)

Your email address is required to authenticate your account and access certain features of the Service. Partial functionality is available without providing an email address.

3. User IDs (Generated by the Service)

When you authenticate, the Service generates a unique User ID to identify your account. This User ID is not used for authentication but is used internally to manage your account and enable app functionality.

4. Photos (Optional)

Photos are collected only if you choose to upload them for user-generated content. This is not mandatory for the app to function but is required for certain features.

5. Location Data (Optional)

The app does not collect real-time user location data. However, if you choose to add an object to the map as part of your user-generated content, the location of that object will be collected after content moderation. This location data is tied to the object and not to your personal location.

6. User-Generated Data

Any content you create or upload while using the Service (e.g., posts, comments, or other contributions) is stored on our servers to enable the functionality of the app.

7. App Interactions

The xRenovation app does not collect information about your interactions with the Service. However, the Yandex Cloud Captcha API and Yandex Mapkit Library for Android may collect interaction data independently to provide their respective functionalities, including analytics data.

8. Device or Other IDs

The xRenovation app does not collect device or other unique identifiers. However, the Yandex Cloud Captcha API and Yandex Mapkit Library may collect such information independently to ensure proper functionality and security, including analytics data.

9. Data Collected by Third-Party Libraries

The xRenovation app uses the following third-party libraries, which may collect additional user data:

• Yandex Cloud Captcha API for Android: This library is used to enhance security and prevent abuse. It may collect device information (e.g., IP address, device type) and interaction data related to captcha verification.
• Yandex Mapkit Library for Android: This library is used to provide map and location-based services. While the Yandex Mapkit Library does not collect location data, it may collect device information and usage data related to map interactions.

The data collected by these third-party libraries is subject to the privacy policies of Yandex. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies for more details on how they handle your information.

10. Data Hosted on Firebase

All app data, including user-generated content and account information, is hosted on Firebase servers. The Firebase SDK is used to facilitate data storage and authentication.

Firebase is not used for analytics, usage data, or crash reports.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Authenticate Users: Your email address is used to verify your identity and provide access to the Service.
• To Enable User-Generated Content: User-generated content is stored to ensure the functioning of the Service.
• To Provide Map Services: The Yandex Mapkit Library enables map-related features within the app.
• To Ensure Security: The Yandex Cloud Captcha API helps us prevent abuse and ensure the security of the Service.
• To Facilitate Data Storage: The Firebase SDK is used to store data securely.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

The xRenovation Service is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us.
